P-Plate Modification Legalities
Hey guys,
Was just wondering if installing a full cat back exhaust system is considered as a performance mod in accordance with Victorian legislation? Cheers |

Yes it is anything that can give you an increase in power is deemed to be a performance modification and as a p plater you can only have 2 mods
