Cquartz Around Badges and Emblems

im attempting to do paint correction myself..
looking at Cquartz or Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Paint Coating

the only reason why im considering Pinnacle is cause its sprayed on. hence my question...

is there a way to apply Cquartz or even Opti-Coat for that matter, around my emblems so i dont have to remove them?

I typically use a foam applicator cut into a wedge shape. A q-tip will also work. Then use a plush microfiber towel for wiping off/leveling the coating.
