This message is from one of the people who organizes the Sunday Cars and Coffee in Fair Lakes VA near Kohls:

"Hey all, I haven't been at the last few Kohl's meets, but Bob Williams has and he wanted me to pass along this note. The C&C at Kohl's is a great spot, let's make sure we can keep it.

I have had many people ask me to be the bad guy and address some of the issues at our event. So, here goes:

Remember that we are guests of Starbucks, Kohls, ****s, AND the people who live in the condo building at the other end of the lot. If they want us gone, we will be gone. Our event has grown and we have so many great people and cars, it would be tragic if we had to cancel this venue.

If you come to the event, please abide by these very few and very simple rules:

1. Demonstrate respect for the people who live there and for the event. No silly and/or stupid driving antics entering or leaving the event. Please save the burnouts and 0 - 100 mph runs for somewhere else.
2. Drive SLOWLY in the parking lot - there are kids, LOTS of people wandering about, pets, and people going to shop.
3. Don't start your car and repeatedly rev the engine demonstrating how loud it is. We love that stuff but the rest of the people going to shop or living in the condo probably don't.
4. EVERY car there is special and exceptional. That is why we all take our ONE parking space. If you feel the need to take more than one space, please feel free to do so at a different event.

Ok, that's it. Based on some of what we have seen in the past 3 weeks, it needed to be said. Please feel free to copy this and post it in other forums to get the word out.
