FS: AFE/Takeda Dry Intake SOLD
Intake is sold. Keeping the posting for future resale value. Sold for $215 shipped.
As the title says. The intake is about a year old so an estimate of 15,000 miles would be a good one (high end). The filter has been maintained (cleaned). If you know about this intake you know it is one of the few that make any power on this car. The dry filter makes it less to worry about for people like myself who don't want to run the risk of over oiling their oiled filter during maintenance. I am located in SE PA (Bucks County). My asking price is $225 but I will accept $175 if you also trade the snorkel from your stock intake. Price change: $200 and $150 with same conditions as above. The AFE/Takeda instructions state to remove the snorkel for optimum gains so I did. A bit violently. So I no longer have a snorkel. If you had this intake you'd have no need for one. I'm estimating the cost of the snorkel at $30 and $20 for your time to remove it from your car. This seems fair to me. If you're local, I'm more than happy to help and will do a better job than I did with my snorkel ![]() My only reason for selling is because I recently purchased the Grimmspeed tool tray and it does not fit with this intake due to the MAF placement. I could either grind the tool tray or buy another intake. I'd prefer not to grind the tool tray so I'm trying this method. Please forgive me for using a picture I took yesterday. I meant to post this on the 26th but did not have computer access. <Picture deleted after selling>

I thought I was tripping out like m.wood as I didn't see the price either. Turns out that whole paragraph with the price doesn't show up for users of tapatalk. I had to open a regular browser to see it. Just an FYI.

Everything else shows up but that paragraph? Thank you for the heads up. Maybe I can format it a bit to change it. Thanks bud! It's the truth, this is one of the few intakes that has been consistently proven to make power.
