Whiteline KDT925 question.

Anyone else have these installed? The instructions/pictures seem contradictory on the upper insert on the outrigger. The instructions say "Note: Large flange face is installed upward." but the pictures show it with the large opening facing down.

I installed mine without really reading the instructions, so mine are in with the large opening facing down, which by feel seemed to be the best fit with the stock upper washer.

After reading the instructions, it appears to me that you installed them correctly. The instruction was accurate, but worded in an unusual way.

Even better was this instruction on the last page:

Note: Orientation of the voiding is symmetrical.

where instead they might have said:

Note: Orient[ate] the right-side insert as shown in Figs. 15 & 16.
