So far from all the drives I've been. I believe it would be none, but I could be wrong.

I've been running e85 for a year and a half (1 year N/A & 6 months boosted) on my auto BRZ without any issues. Only drawback would be having to fill up more often but the power increase is worth it.

What kind of Air Intake are you running? Vishnu said for consistent performance stick with stockish intake. I have a perrin cold air intake not sure if that will make a difference.

Drawbacks would be gas mileage and accessibility of the e85 station. Colds starts aren't terrifying anymore since the weather is warming up. But I think the power increase is well worth it! Plus you get the nice sweet vodka smell haha. Although, I do drive a manual but i'm sure the difference is marginal. Perhaps better gas mileage for the auto?
