Shifter sticking on neutral?

Today I noticed that when I stopped the car that the shifter felt "sticky" while on neutral

It's the first time that this happened to me

I went back in my car to see if the problem is still there but the issue seems to have disappeared

Here is a video I took

Watch "Neutral sticking problem ?" on YouTube
Neutral sticking problem ?:

Is this something I should worry about and has anyone else had this happen to their frs/brz/gt86?

Thanks guys

Never experienced it but I'm only at 3k miles. Sounds like a bad spring? Does the shifter still rebound strong when it's NOT sticking?

Thats not good. You rely on those springs when shifting from 2nd to 3rd or from 5th to 4th.
Something is binding. If it doesn't get better, I'd take it in for repair.

Or you could take a look at these.
