Sleepy Driver crashed my Scion XB

The guy in the white car fell asleep, plowed into a van and than he plowed into me and almost sent me over barrier. He didn't even brake or react(he must have been sound asleep), stupid fuck could have killed someone. His first words were "I dozed off"... He got a ticket for careless driving... and he was reported at fault for the accident. I just hope the car is totaled, as it will suck to drive a car like that plus it's value will be down to nothing . It will never drive the same. If anyone has any advice on what to do now, I'm all ears...thanks!!

Glad you're fine. Also, interesting, your lights still work. Typically, at least one light breaks on both cars.

Best of luck, hope you end up on top, and do take a moment in the future and look back at the situation and find *some* humor, even if it was a shitty and scary situation.
