Cool Beat-Sonic Front and Rear Camera

Anyone planning on adding this to their Monogram
I plan to add both front and back, but I am wondering the best way place to put these, especially on the front as I am not running a plate.

Check out the vid:

Not needed. Real men don't need backup or front cameras

Yes...yes they do.
However, these are the nicest I've seen yet. Not to terribly noticeable.

I would put the camera above the license plate and underneath the license plate lights to keep them hidden, I think it'll look cleaner.

I have the backup camera. I really like it. It was a real pain in the ass routing the wiring though (first time I'd ever done anything like that with a car). I still need to figure out how to get the wire through the rubber hose thing at the trunk. I currently just have it hanging free in the trunk to the lid.

I have just done the rubber hose thing. Firstly I was farnarcling with pushing something stiff but flexible through, then taping the wiring to it and pulling it back through. This is a standard method. Then I realised we have a tube that can be made short by concertinering BINGO!!

Disconnect both ends of the tube. Decide which way you want to thread through. (in my case it was better to go in from the body end as that connector was more slender).
Spray silicone spray in the tube to make it slippery. Spray the connector you want to put through too.... BUT DO NOT GET SPRAY ON THE CONTACTS..Toyota specifically warn that silica is left behind and messes conductivity.
Push the connector in, then further with something blunt like the blunt end of a pencil. Keeping the connector pushed in, concertina the tube towards the end you pushed in from ant while keeping it compressed, squash the tube and grip the connector within. Keeping it gripped, let the concertina extend back along the wiring. Get the idea? .. keep doing that until you have reached the other end.
All that silicone spray will make refitting the grommets a sensual experience afterwards.

BTW I am routing the lead out of the light cluster under the edge of one of the lights. They have a foam dust excluder gasket which will deform just enough.
I was not happy with the view from the standard mounting position so am mounting the camera almost centrally. If you are using parking guidelines in your view and compare the geometry you will see what I mean.

p.s. do you know Sandra Bullock?
