Have CEL after installed K&N air intake

I have CEL after installed K&N air intake. Codes are P1170 P117B U0073 and P0171.

Seriously though, have you tried putting the stock intake back on? Did you reset the ECU? I don't have my laptop handy, but I'm guessing they are air flow out of range or lean codes.

P1170 is your pre-cat O2 sensor freaking out.
P117B means you're running pig rich.
U0073 means your CANBUS diagnostic scanner got disconnected or miscommunicated with some other shit at some point.
Finally, P0171 means you're running too lean.

So you've got a pissed off O2 sensor and are also running too rich and too lean at the same time, according to your car's diagnostics, which seem to also be having issues.

I'm not familiar with the K&N intake but it sounds like you goofed during the install.

either you broke the sensor during the install or maybe didn't install all the way. Try reconnecting it.
