Spyder Headlights adjusting question

Ok, so Ive installed the Spyder headlights on my FRS and the light is shooting down to the ground too close to me. My light coverage is only like 8 feet in front of me. I'd like to adjust the headlights higher, or angle them so they're a little higher so I have more light coverage. How would I go about doing this?

You should have a little gear looking thing to adjust the projectors to a more appropriate angle.
