safe way to remove bumper?

I've searched the forums and the last I heard, there was no good way to remove the bumper without doing some damage to it that makes it not fit against the fender when you put it back on.

Did anything new developed? Only thing I heard is that you have to replace a certain part on the corners because they break when you pull the bumper out.

I really want to take out the bumper because my radiator is getting rocks thrown at it and I want to put a screen guard on, but I have to take off the bumper to do it.

I took it off and put it on with no problem. Everything is aligned. Best to have an extra set of hands. Its actually quite easy
