Best way to remove the Scion Rear Bumper Applique?

I really want to remove the Scion rear bumper applique and swap to Toyota badges. I don't want to be part of Scion club. The rest of their cars are ugly. Anybody know the best way to remove it without leaving any marks?

Heat gun it off, then you might need a little Goo Gone or Goof Off to get rid of any residue, then re-wax that area.

We don't drive Scion's we drive a Toyota that they branded as a Scion in the US because they thought it would draw in more of the demographics they were looking for. I also find it funny when someone say should have bought the BRZ, it is the exact same car made in the same factory, so we already did. Do you even own one of these?

The rear emblem has 2 pins on the reverse....one on each side....you may find these need a little extra heat and patience. The car has a lot more tolerance for heat than my hands did....you may want to use a plastic blade (a la kitchen spatula) to help pry it off.
