Best bang for the buck camber bolts and rear LCAs?
Ordered me up some Eibach Sport Line springs and Eibach sway bars, but still need to decide on camber bolts and rear LCAs to keep the camber in check as my car is a all year round daily driver as well as sees some track/ auto x use. I need something that isn't going to break the bank, any suggestions? I think SPC rear LCAs are the cheapest I have found so far, but how will they stand up? Are there any camber plates out there that cost less than $400?

I went with SPC camber bolts and rear LCA's also. Once they're installed you really won't ever think about them again. They've worked just fine for me the 5 months that they've been installed. Great product for the price.

Whiteline camber bolts are the exact same product as SPC. It's actually just SPC hardware in a Whiteline bag, so save yourself a few bucks and get SPC camber bolts.
As for rear LCA, go with whatever fits your budget. Since you're in Canadia, though, you may want to go with something that won't rust to bits. I think SPC's arms are stamped and coated (paint? powder? idk) steel. Others should have aluminum arms, but at a higher cost. |

Went with the SPC bolts and arms, they will be tied in with Eibach Sportlines and Eibach sway bars, and 16X7 Volk TE37s with 225/50/16 Hankook RS-3.

Why are you doing both bolts and LCA? Just a question. I only have the Whiteline bolts coming in the mail soon.

We recommend the SPL, but the SPC is a much less expensive (mostly) replica of the SPL. Last edited by CSG Mike; 02-18-2014 at 03:33 AM. |

Whoops. I thought "Bang for the Buck" was talking about camber bolts verse LCA for the rear. I'm SO confused!
So I bought the camber bolts for the upper control arm of the REAR. They are on there way. But should I change my tune and go for LCA's if I am planning on 1-1.5" drop for a DD car? What's your thoughts. I'll save $300-400 with the bolts verse the LCAs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
