Greddy Intake/Cusco Oil Catch Can Help

So I have the Cusco oil catch can, which when I initially installed it, the exit tube just dangled down on the passenger side and exited to atmosphere. It came with this small metal plug for the intake for the excess air reserculation tube from the head.

In installing the Greddy Intake, the hole for this plug had to be widened slightly since it's hard plastic and not soft, like on the stock intake.

As a result of not having the exit tube on the oil catch can head back into the intake, when running hard (i.e. auto-x or track days) I'd throw a check engine light for running lean on the right bank.

So I tried putting the oil catch can exit tube back into the intake and took out the plug. But because the hard plastic had been reamed out slightly, the factory elbow would not fit cleanly. As a result I put the factory intake back in. No more check engine lights, but I really want to put the Greddy intake back in.

Any suggestions as to places to get rubber seals that'll help create a good seal?

Catch can should be plugged on the PSV on the left of the motor, not on the inlet tube, for NA configuration...
