TRD USA sway bars released?

I saw a few TRD sway bars on ebay last night. I guess they have finally released? And they are FRONT AND REAR not just rear that was expected. They are definitely not the jdm versions because they are red not yellow. And im guessing they are genuine TRD USA because they are being sold by a toyota dealership with the part number PTR11-18130. Can anyone confirm this?

Heres a link to 1 of the ebay listings...

According to the TRD catalog that's the rear bar:

They also have a part number for the lowering springs too.
