Garrett Turbo Oil Restrictor Fitting Question

Hi guys, I'm mounting my turbo right now but I have a question regarding the oil line to the Garrett turbo. The fitting I have seems rather loose, and I'm not sure how tight to screw this oil restrictor fitting on. On top of that, am I supposed to be using thread sealant on this part? Any suggestions? Its a flare type seal, which means no tape/paste on the threads because the angled face is where the seal is made, not in the threads.

7/16 inverted flare to -4 male. Both ends seal as Sellout mentioned, however putting a little anti-seize would be recommended. The fitting into the turbo can be tightened fairly snug, and the hose end to fitting should be finger tight +1 "face". Torquing the hose end too tight will crack it.
