Question Nevada Track Getaway Poll

Wanting to get a better perspective on whether or not people like this type of idea and if they would actually make the effort to go out to something like this.

I will keep it simple just to paint a picture - any feed back is welcome. I understand there could be more ideas to add, however, my set goal is to create an option for driving and for getting away from it all.

  • The idea is to have a roughly 1 mile size mini circuit track and 1 mile off-road dirt track.
  • Track availability would be set up in a, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day type of deal.
  • Track/grounds would give you the ability to stay there, almost like a retreat style get-away - > you park your car, get your own single room, etc.
  • Track/grounds would also provide other 'activities' such as a firearm range, off-road/dirt/rally inspired track, paint ball maybe (just giving ideas).
If something like this were only 2 to 5 hours driving distance from you, would you go? If you could get away from the cluttered city or enjoy some time with your car and some friends, would you? Stay for the weekend and have a good time enjoying yourself with no speed limit? Please provide any feedback – thank you.

We have a place like this just outside of Las Vegas if you have lots of money. There's even legal brothels just minutes away! Lol

Oh snap - that is basically perfect! Thanks for letting me know haha now I am not as ignorant.

However, my idea was to be a little more smaller scale if that makes sense and to be in northern Nevada. But this is pretty neat nonetheless!

No worries! I'm excited about doing a track day up there this year.

Spring Mountain is an awesome track. Other is the Las Vegas Speedway outer road track. Willow springs is also an alternative... not as impressive as the other 2 tracks mentioned above. I've done Spring Mountain 4 times and Las Vegas Speedway once (not in my FR-S...yet). There is a new track called Thermo coming in Palm Desert area.
