Has anyone from here ordered from them. They're a good 10%-20% cheaper than all other sites I've looked. Would I be sacrificing customer service or quality of the tires for the cheaper price?

I, along with my brother have bought tires from them before. However We both live within 15 miles of their warehouse so we just decided to pick them up, so I can't comment on the shipping aspect. However I had no problems with them at all. I ordered the tires on a thursday and was able to pick them up as soon as the monday after that following weekend. I highly doubt the actual quality of the tire will be any different from say tirerack or discounttiredirect.

I've used them. Tires showed up brand new no problems whatsoever. I'll order from them again. Prices are cheap.

Used them numerous times. Actually just bought some tires from them yesterday.
Tires-easy.com is another site I use.
