Corrosion on sway bar mounts

I noticed some rust on the subframe braces that hold the sway bar on. This is normally covered by the metal cover. Car has 11k miles and in South Louisiana.
I don't want subaru to just put new ones and it keep doing this. Anyone else noticed this?

I noticed this when I installed my front swaybar, you will also notice some rust on the subframes. What I did and the best way to make sure the rust never comes back is to use POR15.

Not really sure how bad the rust is.

(If you have pictures, my work blocks it).

I prefer rust bullet. But that's me.

Normal rust, mine is much worse on the same area.
Car will be a rust bucket in 5 years if they see winters.
