What will Perrin 3" front pipe do for me?

I have the 3" catback, nothing else. I do plan on supercharging at some point.

The 3" front pipe will be far less restrictive than the OEM front pipe.

It will net you roughly 7WHP over the stock setup when paired with our 3" catback.

Keep in mind, we do have limited stock on this item. Once we sell out, they will be discontinued.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there is something I can clarify for you.

Why are the discontinued? That can't be a good sign can it?

We will no longer make products that replace OEM catalytic converters. There will always be companies bending the rules to do this but we are taking the "green" high road.

This is still a great product so get it while they're available.

In regards to the noise level, it will be louder than stock, but not an obnoxious loud.

Keep in mind, noise level is very subjective, so while it may not be loud to me, it could be very loud to you.

The best recommendation I have, is to see if anyone locally has it so that you are able to hear it and make that decision yourself.

Shoot me a PM if you have any further questions. I'm always happy to help!

I have a 3" downpipe and I can say it is LOUD. I had a Nameless axleback by itself for a long time and it was very mild. The 3" pipe can significantly increase noise a lot but if you have something like the Perrin midpipe with that resonator, you have nothing to worry about. My resonators are a bit smaller so it is still pretty loud. If you're running unresonated, it will be much louder. The stock front pipe has a resonator in it as well if I'm not mistaken.

I take it this mean you will discontinue the 2.5" high-flow front pipe as well?

Yes, the 2.5" Front Pipe has already been discontinued and is off the website as well.

However, it may still be available through some of our dealers if they have any stock left.
