Help With Sway Bar Contact After Lowering

Hey guys,
After lowering the car (just barely an inch) on Fortune 850s, I've noticed that occasionally there will be a noticeable 'jar' on some bumps; felt almost like I was hitting the stops on even small bumps sometimes which obviously shouldn't happen with such a relatively minor drop. So, took everything apart this afternoon to take a look, make sure I tightened everything, etc; and found what I believe to be the source of my problem.

As you can see, there is a spot on the LCA where the end of the swaybar is hitting the LCA. Hard to see in the photo, but that's bare metal circled in the image, with a fairly noticeable 'notch' in it as well. This only occurs on the driver's side. If I load the suspension with a jack, I can make the swayback contact the control arm myself.

What do I need to do to fix this issue? Purchase adjustable endlinks? is there some way stock to slightly modify the position of the sway so it hangs a little lower, etc?
