When do we get complimentary oil changes/maintenance?

I thought it was at 7,500 miles, 15,000 miles, etc. According to the webpage for my local scion dealership, the 7,500 miles maintenance is $74.79.

My car is probably around 4,000 miles, but is at the 7 month mark and I feel it's time to get an oil change. Am I due for a complimentary one from scion or do I need to pay for it?

I paid for my first oil change which was well before 7,500 miles. At 7,500 miles they gave me a free one and will give me another free one at 15,000 miles.

The Scion boost/Toyota Care plan is for the first 3 services on the FRS.

7500: Oil, rotate, inspection
15000: Oil, rotate, cabin filter?, inspection
22500:Oil, rotate, inspection

I haven't had to write one up for service for a 15k yet and I cant find my binder w all of the info, so I'm not 100% sure we replace the cabin filter.

So if we are at 7-8 months and nowhere near 7500 miles, we have to pay for that oil change, and come back after 7500 to get the free one? Just want to make sure.

I went in at 6800 and they would NOT do the 7500 mile service yet. It is 7500 miles or 7 1/2 months, whichever come first.

I got my free oil changed at 6 month with about 4.5k miles on it. They give me the option to wait for 7.5k or do it then since it been 6 month.

So you were before the 7 1/2 mark? I got my car mid January so I guess I should be able to get the 7500 mile service even though I havent reached that mile mark yet?

I don't know if it applies here too but I have a Toyota that I've been bringing in for completely free service/maintenance under Toyota Care, which is two years or 25k miles (in intervals of 5k), whichever is first. I've gotten two free oil changes this way. Does this not apply to Scions?

That's odd. The sticker on my windshield wants me to go in at 5,000 miles. I'm not sure if that's including an oil change as part of the complimentary service, but I'm getting one done then.

Toyotacare applies to Scions as well, (they just call it the Boost program when they mail you the literature) and for every vehicle BUT the FRS there is a service every 5k miles.

The FRS is just on a weird interval system as compared to everything else. It was a PITA when I first saw them rolling through into the service drive and making sure customers weren't told the wrong information (5k service, 6 months, you know).
