Only noticeable difference is the knee pads and the headunit right?

If the dealer doesn't let me order those knee pads I'll shove my grinding transmission shift knob up their ass, sideways.

You can order them from Carson Toyota here in the forums...

It won't come with the Ring inserts, but I don't mind them...

I don't see the point....it accents the interior and that's about it.....not worth it for the price IMO

I must have gotten lucky (and I've actually have been meaning to ask this) but I bought my 2013 late (early August) and it came with that headunit. And I freaking love it! Bluetooth audio and hands free Bluetooth calling.
