Tyre Opinions
I am buying a set of tyres tomorrow finally and is has come down to the following:
Falken FK453 Front 225/40-18 @265.00 Rear 255/35-18 @339.00 OR Front 235/35-18 @310.00 Rear 245/35-18 @339.00 Pirelli PZero Front 225/35-18 @320.00 Rear 255/35-18 @530.00 They are going on: Front 18x8.5 Rear 18x9.5 The Pirellis have won tonnes of awards from '09 to '12 and I always used them on motorcycles, however it seems divided with tyre shops whether they are good or not...though one tyre shop mentioned that might be because the others may have fit incorrect sizes and the clients weren't happy with them.../speculation. Of course they cost more, but if it is worth it, I have no problems with that. |
