I had a whole blurb about why I'd choose enkeis over xxrs (because brand whore) but fuck me the xxrs do look good.

I have those enkeis and I think they look better than those XXRs. But if you want gold then I guess there isn't much of a choice is there

And if the OP cares about performance they really make no difference. XXR 527 weighs 20.x lbs and Enkei Raijin weighs 20.x lbs. I'm aware that the OP is seriously considering going staggered if he goes with Raijins. In that case, square XXRs would be better for performance.
I like the gold on red but I'm a little biased. :P

Since you're looking at the Raijin's wouldn't the XXR 530 be a better comparison?
![]() Enkei has a very good reputation for quality. Many users on this forum with XXR's that are happy as well. I'd say it comes down to style and price. |

I'm partial to the look of the XXR's over the Enkei's...and must admit the $300-$400 price difference in favor of the XXR's doesn't hurt either.

I'd go XXRs because the 527s look sick! Those are the wheels I'm planning on going with. Raijins are nice, but not a fan of the staggered set up and the fronts have that convex face.
