19x9.5 with +38!? All Around

Thinking about getting some new wheels in 19x9.5. I already know the pros and cons of going with 19's, this thread is more so just to find the optimal fitment. I plan on doing the wheels and suspension at the same time, as a 19x9.5 setup is impractical on stock suspension, but what do you guys think about 19x9.5 +38 running on 245/35/19 wheels? I plan on lowering it an inch at a minimum to two inches, and I believe lowering the car adds negative camber. I know RavSpec did their 57xtreme 19x9.5 all around with a +43 offset and they claimed it would fit a 245/35/19 wheel. Played around on http://www.frsproject.com/tire_size.php and it looks good on paper, any thoughts? The manufacturer of the wheel offers offsets from +4 to +42 if +38 is cutting it too close on the front. I know a lot of people are doing 18x9.5 +38 as well, worst case maybe I'll go with 18's, but my heart is pretty much set on 19's.

Thanks in advance!

depending on how much camber you get from the drop. you should be able to clear perfectly fine. i don't see why you wouldn't when guys with 18x9.5 +35 with 245/40 fits fine with lowering springs only.
