install coilovers?

Current set up vip modulars vrc13s 19x9.5f 19x.10.5r 225/35 245/35
i dont have LCAS or rear endlinks yet should i install coils and run stock rims and tires while waiting or should i wait till get the remaining parts to adjust camber and toes properly. I still need to get my fenders slightly rolled. I want to install coils but is there pre cautions, uneven tire wear, alignment off. advice? bc coils

When you lower the car, the rear wheels gain a bunch of camber, so you might get away with simply installing the coilovers. It depends on the wheel offset.

The fronts (depending on wheel offset) may also be OK.
