Thought I would share my custom iPhone Dock I made. I really didn't want to add anything to my windshield or dash.

This works really well for me as I want it easily accessible. But with blue tooth connection to the head unit I don't have to look down. And the home button is in an easy place to use Siri.

Very nice. However everytime I see the word "illest", cringe occurs.

I want IOS 7 so bad, but I'm too cheap to buy the developer status.

Also, this mod is great, how well does it keep the iPhone secured?

Yeah I know. I already was a developer. Trying to build a game.

And it keeps the phone very secure. I have a video I am going to upload.

Wouldn't this bend the iPhone 5 charging piece inside the phone and also the cable?

No it is built to the exact angle so that the phone is at rest. There is no tension on the port or plug.

I used automotive grade hot glue to hold the cable in place securely.
