CD player phone dock
I have a phone dock that uses the CD player slot. It's a really odd looking device but my friend swore by them. I used it in my Mustang for about a year and just put it in my FRS. Made a video to show how it looks. I think it turned out pretty good.

Got one for each car and it works great! Way better than the suction cups (that drop in sub zero anyway)
