ABS and slippery road lights on - help
Ok, so I had an overpipe and front pipe installed and I had to take the steering rack off as it was in the way (rhd car). Everything went ok but now I have the abs and "slippery road" lights on. I have checked the fuses but not sure if it is right one.
Does anyone have any advice? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2 |

In most vehicles I've owned, having the ABS/ESC lights on is usually indicative of a sensor either malfunctioning or, more often than not, not being plugged in.
So I'd go back and check to see if you either unplugged an ABS sensor that you forgot to plug back in, or that somehow in the process of removing the rack one didn't actually get unplugged or damaged. |

Oh ok. Where the abs sensors would be on this car, you know.

1. are there any steering rack sensors? And if there are, where are they located? maybe the guy has knocked it off, or nicked the wires or something. 2. The steering rack has been taken off as well as the pinion input shaft so that might've caused the issue. Any advice? |
