brown bear
I recently purchased a brz from Carter Subaru and it came with a free year of car washes from brown bear.. I just found out that brown bear uses a "soft cloth." Has anyone used any of their washes? I assume scratching will occur..

Yes cloth may cause scratches. It will definitely leave swirl marks. I've only washed mine 4 times I think through that type of car wash and it got worse each time by a tiny bit. A detailer had a great deal and detailed my car for cheap and told me to never use them. He told me if I need to wash my car and don't have the stuff, go to one of the touchless ones where you put quarters in and spray your own car.
