Can somebody create a dark brushed aluminum interior panel set? Go ahead and capitalize on it just make sure you sell me a set. Something similar to the Interior Boot Set MS393-18004 Shift Ring (Material:Aluminum). The set for this part number is made with carbon fiber. Please PM me details

Have to say this would look really nice, IMO better than carbon.

Intrested.

Why not just use black brushed aluminum vinyl?

I looked pretty extensively in the past into having something custom made...let me say it was pretty cost prohibitive unless you had a LOT of orders.

I'm not familiar with wrapping cars, but how hard would it be to do the interior in this diy?

The vinyl seems like a good idea. I'd like to see someone wrap the pieces to see how it would look, get the dimensions, have a metal shop artisan get the material, make the pieces, cash in, make us all happy.... run-on sentence.... I've seen a site www.dashkitmall.com with different finish selections but they don't have an available dark brushed aluminum kit for this car yet. They have aluminum and brushed aluminum, plain, woods, and carbon fiber

Dark black brushed aluminum for my vents, center ring, and steering wheel (or) darker rushed silver aluminum well... take my money ya... not a big fan of the color silver we have now or the plastic. Having such an item would really add a nice touch both in appearance and quality feel and look for sure.

Have you thought about trying VHT Nightshades smoke? I kind of like the sound of that. I'll probably just end up plastidipping them though.

Nope wrapped in 3m 1080 vinyl...not hard to do at all, just some patience. Going to finish wrapping the steering wheel trim this weekend maybe.

Looks good. Did you do the door handle trim? I'm worried it wouldn't wear well. If so did you cut it off right at the end or wrap it around and leave a little before trimming?

Since i went with the matte black i didn't see the need to do the handles, i may do them though just to finish off the rest of the vinyl.
