One year in....who else?!
I just realized that I've had my FR-S for over a year now! I bought it June 18th of last year....damn, how time has flown!
I still love driving it. I still actually look forward to my drive to work. No complaints but the damn crickets. The only thing now is that since I've put the Dunlop ZII's on it...I really want moar power now.! This thing just stick like hell with these tires...so now I am actually thinking of modding the car. |

Crickets only after a year, sweet. Had mine for 6 weeks and have crickets, shift stick rattle and trunk area pops!
When I got mine I was like I'm going to drive it stock for the first two years. So much for that, I'm 3k deep in add ons and still need wheels. Lol

tailights
13 months. love the car, both tailights changed (warranty), no other issues, stage 2 tune and pulley coming to provide a little added pep to the car.

Picked mine up June 28th last year. Love this car. 28,900 kms (18,000) and counting. 33 MPG average on a car with a 30 MPG HWY rating is pretty sweet too. I've had one taillight and a window seal replaced under warranty.
Damn crickets...

One year come August 3rd. About 5000 miles on her. No issues so far. I did have her in for the ECU flash and one oil change.

I've had mine since June 8th 2012, about 16,600 miles on it so far. Absolutely love my car, I've done quite a bit to it but won't be doing much more than what i already have lol. Also have the crickets, they aren't very loud so it doesn't bother me, also had both taillights replaced because of the condesation issue. Can't believe its already been over a year also lol, definately doesn't feel like it.

One year this past June 29th. So far no issues besides the random crickets from time to time. A little over 14,000 miles at this point and it spent most of the winter in the garage
I might take it to get the new ECU and current computer flash but I don't really want the dealership screwing with it when there are no real problems. |

No I don't own a FRS, but I was looking into one last year(would of been a year of ownership if I was smarter). I thought they were expensive just by looking at them and not doing any research and ended up leasing a '12 lancer se. I was at the gas station early in the morning one day and the guy that worked there came outside and told me my car looked "mean as fu*k" LOL, he asked me what i paid monthly and I said $250 and asked why I just didn't lease the frs, ever since that day i've regretted getting my car. Now it's posted on craigslist and I got a couple offers, hopefully I'll get out of this and lease a frs soon. Because of 4th of july the scion dealership I pass daily has red white and blue frs's in a glass box and they look good.and I can't wait any longer!
