Zerg Industries Carbon Fiber Interior and Exterior Trim - Installed Photos
Hey Everyone!
![]() We recently picked up a new line from Zerg Industries and got some of their offerings in-house for us to check out. We didn't want to keep these to ourselves, so we wanted to share with you what we think and how they look. Zerg offers the FR-S and BRZ some great looking carbon fiber accents for the interior and exterior of your car. These little touches will be sure to set your car apart. They offer carbon shifter trims, steering wheel trims, AC vent trims, door handle trims, fender inserts, and a trunk garnish. All available in a glossy finish or a matte finish to suit your tastes, accordingly. These are thin, hand-made carbon pieces that are installed using adhesive that is already applied for you. You simply "peel and stick". They are easy to apply and the finish looked great on all the pieces we got in-house. Most of the pieces you see here were perfect fitment. The only issue we had was with the shifter trim piece, and it was a bit tight around the traction control and VSC sport buttons. It was not a huge issue and these are hand-made, so you could run into some variances that might require you to trim down a bit of the carbon to make it fit 100%. All in all, these are a great product offering. Once we get some matte interior pieces in-house, we think we will be installing those on our own cars(our tastes prefer the matte Enough talk. Onto the photos ![]() AC Trim Pieces Comparison shots Door Handle Trim Comparison Shots Steering Wheel Trim Shifter Trim Interior Shots(Gloss was all we had in-house for all the interior pieces) Exterior Stuff ![]() No install pics of the exterior stuff right now, but we will probably get around to it sometime. ![]() |

When you say 'peel n stick', do you mean these are essentially overlays on top of the existing OEM trim pieces? No removal of the trim pieces.
Just confirming since I know the exterior vent piece is held on by some clips + adhesive tape... so this goes on top of the vent piece. Not 'peel off the OEM vent, then stick the new exterior piece as a full replacement' |

Are you able to share prices on these? These are great for those wanting to get rid of the silver trims.

Pricing for set? No radio/dash trim? What about the two pieces on either side of the AC controls (vertical silver trim)??
Would really like a complete set to replace all the silver BRZ plastics in real CF.

These look gorgeous, but I'd really like to replace the trim, not just cover it up.

@FT-86 SpeedFactory, just got the carbon fiber fender inserts installed and they are awesome. When it stops raining and I have a chance to wash the car up and take some shots, I will post them up here. A crappy underground parking iPhone shot will have to do for now.
They look great on, but I was nervous about just the adhesive tape, so I added a small amount of adhesive on the inserts themselves. Hopefully they stay on!! Here's a teaser pic for now. ![]() EDIT: Glossy Carbon

Good, but why did they replace all the silver piece? Can someone tell the aftermarket people to make something nice to replace ALL dull black plastic pieces in the car ?
1) The center plastic piece at the thermostat/fan 3-knobs. (The most ugly pieces right in the face) 2) A better nicer carbon look to upgrade the front dash board to all around the stereo HU. 3) Need a nicer piece on both door at the power window buttons. Need these pieces trim has the design quality look like the Lexus, BMW & Mercedes which called like Anthracite wood, charcoal or black bird eyes. |
