Most companies front pipes are compatible with the stock exhaust and if it is 2.5" or more it is turbo friendly.

the j2 engineering and ultimate racing front pipes are the only >2.5" ones i know of right now. perrin is supposed to be making a 3", but it'll probably cost a fortune. the j2 is cheap ebay stuff, but it's a just piece of pipe.

for now i'm going with the j2 front pipe, ultimate racing catback and a plm overpipe. so 2.5" > 2.75" > 3". weird, but it'll work and it's cost effective until someone comes out with a true 3" overpipe-back solution.
