Planning to mount it on the stiff black splash guard, but off center. It will be over to the driver side as much as possible. I already took off the air scoops around the FR-S/86 grill so there is more room.

Ordered everything from RacerPartsWholesale. Here is an excerpt from my R&D spreadsheet.

I am in no way responsible for any damage to your vehicle should you go this route. I feel comfortable working in my car so I opted to go this route to save some money.

With this you have to get creative and find your own mounting solution. Going with a kit means you won't have to do this, as well as getting support from the merchant and manufacturer if you get in a bind. In more or less words, I'm on my own.

Larger coolers (16 row, 19 row) will fit depending on desired placement. It's tight in my car with the Vortech Supercharger so I'm going with the smaller cooler.

I plan to take more pictures. DIY guide maybe.

Are you in Houston (Victor on FB?) I've been looking to do something like this, but haven't finished installing the parts I have in my garage as-is... Anyway, if you're in Houston, I'd like to see this. How much was it out the door?
