Relocating the o2 sensor

Getting soon an borla headers and I was thinking if I relocate the rear o2 senso (B1S2) to the rear catted front pipe will it do the job? I think yes but I whant your opinion. Thanx

I think he is referring to getting rid of the CEL, and yes I would assume any sort of cat would do this.

Has anyone actually done this? You might cause a different problem - if that cat doesn't light off quickly enough, you'll get a CEL for that too.

If the Subaru code isn't looking for light off timing, it should work fine...but I'd want to hear from someone who's actually done it first before I went to the trouble.

Someone I know of over here has the sensors located around a HFC in the front pipe with a decat'd manifold. No issues so far and it's been on since March.
