Those with fortune 500 coilovers

Im looking for some opinions from people who have these coilovers. I do about 5 autocrosses per year and i dont want to lose the comfort of the stock suspension? How does your ride feel compared to stock? Did you get the swift spring upgrade, roller bearing upgrade, or both? Any suggestions? My wife will be very upset if the ride gets too harsh.
