Overpipe hitting frame/engine

So I recently installed a Nameless front/overpipe and since have noticed a rattle under acceleration and turning left, this is similar to my last post but Ive narrowed it down to the over pipe hitting the frame or engine. There is less than a 1/4 of an inch between the bottom of the engine and the pipe, and if I push down on the pipe it hits the frame. So I am certian under load the pipe is shifting and hit one or both, Anyone have any idea for anything I can do to resolve this?

Would have to know the diameter of the pipe, and how much room you have (from pipe to frame), and also how long you want the sleeve to be.

If your pipe gets hotter then 350f then this won't work, you'd have to tàke the pipe off to wrap it.

Silicone rubber tape

Pretty sure you can assume all exhaust pipe will get above 350, especially just after the header. I think probably a good thick amount of header wrap would be the way to go.

Stiffer engine and transmission mounts should reduce the movement.

If ur pipe is between 450-350, I'd throw 3 wraps of this on it: glass tape then finish with the high temp silicone/rubber tape.

One more suggestion before going the wrap route, loosen all exhaust components, insert a bar between the frame and the OP/DP. Now tighten all exhaust components and they should now bolt back up with the margin needed to not hit the frame.

Concerns me, because I to will be going the nameless up/down combo.

This is not exclusive to Nameless. This does not happen to every car. The thing is that people do not post it on the forum. I know 3 people on 3 different OverPipes, 3 different brands hitting the frame but none wrote it on the forum.

I know over 10 people 3-4 different brands and their OP's do not hit.
That's the way it goes when modifying the car.

Ultimately, Nameless will take care of you, you can be 10000% sure of that.

That's what they said about the borla UEL, I bought it... Warped flanges! With my luck (do note my car was sitting at a stop sign and I had a deer try to jump over it while I was stopped destroying my hood/roof. I was stopped, at a stop sign.) I'm gonna have the same issue he's having...
