Try to avoid blowing him up about a tune, when its dire its understandable, but the guy is busy like none other. I'm one of the folks bugging the crap out of him as he smoothes out my low end.

Usually you'll hear something next day, but i've waited 2 days or so. idk but it felt like an eternity. Over the net tuning is a test of patience, but when that tune comes, its like christmas.

who knows, if its possible i ll even try to make it to his dyno this summer for further tuning, at least i got my boost gauge and wideband hooked up, so i believe i am on the safe side... what are you turbo guys running for afr in general, just so i know when to stop lol

IMHO At WOT, I'd say try and stay below 12, if you ever see over 13 at high RPM's stop.

At crushing speed it always shows "lean" but that's part of it.

Let me ask you. Where is the Wideband O2 sensor connected?

Yes, DO NOT step into it with that code.

System Too Lean.

You have a custom intake right? What tune do you have right now? (I mean, I KNOW you have a turbo, but I mean if you are not using the stock airbox)

everything is custom made and i do not have a tune. i am running it with the wastegate actuator detached for the wastegate, its running 0 psi. basically its like running stock... i am thinking the maf might be too close to the 2.5inch to 3 inch transition or the airflow straightner is taking up too much room in the tubing so its giving inacurate readings.. i might hook up the stock box to the turbo inlet just to see if it solves the problem, if not i cant see what the problem would be technically, its running as if there were no turbo at all

Ok, got it. I understand now the Wastegate always open situation.

Your problem right now is that the MAF scaling for your new "intake" is different than what it was with stock airbox. I don't think reinstalling the airbox will do much since you will still have all the plumbing through intercooler etc and there are pressure differences from what the MAF reads to what enters the TB.

I also think you will be alright as long as you don't step on it.

Oh one last thought, the removed Cat also contributes to the code.
