JDM TRD Stuff

Got back from Japan and picked up a few TRD parts. Sound changers, shift knob and radiator cap. Also got some cool JDM brochures!

Nice set you got there . That'd be a nice reminder of your trip and a feel from the land of the rising sun every time you shifted gears.

The shift knob is nice! Its larger than stock and weighs less for better feel. The brochures are very cool with a lot of great technical photos.

OVERNIGHT PARTS FROM JAPAN!!!

in the cardboard boxes are a TRD oil filter and the TRD oil filler cap. I'm a victim.
TRD carbon front strut bar, TRD carbon battery clamp and the TRD/Momo steering wheel are on the way as well...

Nice! I really wanted the oil cap but it was too pricey! Who'd you order everything through?

The sound changes modify the amount of intake noise that is transmitted into the cabin from the sound tube. I didn't notice much difference with the loudest tube installed.

Here's some comparison photos of the factory shift knob and the TRD knob. The OE knob is taller, smaller diameter and heavier (did not weigh but noticeably heavier)
