Best setup for electro,trance,techno, and the weeknd.

Where I come from, everyone mainly listens to rap and screw, and they rattle their entire car with bass kicking in a way I find untasteful. I listen to many different genres of music, including metal, but mainly electro, rap, and r&b, so I would want an audio build to compliment that. Anybody have any suggestions?

A good 12 ported correctly will solve your worries. Deadning easily takes care of rattles. As @JoeBoxer said, whats your budget?

After I get my exhaust,which I'm getting this month, my budget would be maybe 1k.

1k isn't much you might be able to get a sub in a box and a small amp. The other option is to scrap the sub idea and get a decent amp and upgrade your oem speakers. Also with such small funds you will have to do the install yourself.

I am getting a single jl audio 10w3v3 a jl 900/5 amp and upgrading my front speakers with focals. Now granted i am a doing a custom fiberglass box also adding dynamat to both doors and the whole trunk but this will run me around 4k.

I listen to a lot of EDM as well, and am considering getting Hertz HSK-165XL with Audison LRx2.9. The 165XL will handle low frequencies better. It would be around $1300 for components and amplifier, slightly more than your $1k budget.

This will give you an overall good setup for the price. With room left to later get a better sub box built and retain the sub. If you can do it your self it will run your right at 1000$ after you factor in shipping and misc stuff.

If you get it done at a shop figure it coming out to right at $1500 all installed and done.

I've not added for haggle room or shady ebay purchases obviously. I think with bargaining you can get it done at a shop for about $1350.

Do you already have that Audison amp? My local dealer said the LRx line was phased out in favor of the Voce? I take it you're not running full active?
