Bumper/Paint Fix?

So I took off the dealer front license plate mount and noticed that the bumper itself haven't been drilled but the screws that hold the license plate frame had scratched off the paint. The grill had been drilled only. My question is that is there any way(or anyone) that can fix the paint without having to cost so much around the bay area(preferably S.F.)? And also what is the part number for the oem grill only. Sorry for the big image and the dirty car. Just took it to highway 35/84.

My idiot dealer did the same thing. Been wanting to try some touch-up paint on the area.

I've even asked my dealer for touch up paint. They said they don't even have the touch up paints in stock yet.

Closes one is at Serramonte. Rather not deal with them again. Last time I was there checking out BRZ's, they tried to sell me one @ 40k.

If you're in San Francisco, call Johnson at www.spectrumautosf.com He color matched some touch up paint and has extra leftover.
