Which tire size for 17x8.5?
I've got some XD9s and I can't decide on a tire size. Will be lowering an inch or so. Roads here are quite terrible so I need something functional and comfortable.
What would be a good option for me to consider that will run close to stock? 225/45 235/40 245/45..? Thanks |

8.5" is measuring rim width for 245/40-17, which is the same diameter as stock 215/45-17.
That's the tire size I'd go with (actually *did* go with on 17x8.5 fronts on the RX-7). |
