Quick Question when doing clutch Adjustment

When you're turning the 12mm nut to loosen the rod... do you turn the wrench towards the transmission or away from the transmission?

Nobody says because you're all upside down and such when you're there. Look at the threads. When you make the bracket get closer to the firewall, you're also making the clutch go down, and vice versa.

Once it is finger tight, grab the end of the clutch pedal with your fingers and you should be able to feel it move as you spin the nut. It will feel like it wants to go up or down. Have a second person watch if possible to get the height right as it is hard to tell when you are upside-down.

That's not true... whether you're upside down or right side up, you could
still say which direction the bottom of the wrench goes... towards the Transmission or away from the transmission.
