What tires for 17x8 +42 Work Emotion CR Kai

I need a set of cheap all season tires for these wheels. Im looking to pay $400. And should I go with 225/45 for a neutral look? It will be dropped 1" all around.

420 treadwear, AA traction rating, 40k mile warranty. Rated pretty decently for treadwear in customer survey results: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/survey...=true&filter=y

Another option: General G-Max AS-03. Just got a set of these for wife's Mazda3. Also tested very well, a bit higher rated for life.
480 treadwear, A traction rating, 40k mile warranty
$10 more per tire than the Kumho Ecsta 4x
