Wheel works cant do alignment?

Just got back from my local wheel works, they said they cant do my alignment because its not in their computer yet?? Anyone have problems like this? I lowered my car with the eibach prokit, wanted to see how far off it is before I buy some correction parts..

Wow. Find somewhere else. There must be tons of shops in your area that could do a good performance alignment.

I suspect that might be normal for a little while because shops have to update their machines every once in a while for new model cars. i work at a scion/ toyota dealership and our alignment machine does not have the specs for the 2013 scion frs or the new prius C also. hopefully it gets updated soon though.

If it's just the specs they don't have, why not tell them what you want?

As much camber as you can get in the front, with zero toe
Camber in the back isn't adjustable. Set toe in the rear to .125 toe-in each side for .25deg total toe-in.

I just give my alignment guy the specs I want, and he tries to match it as close as possible.

I was able to go to my local shop http://alignment-plus.com/ and they did a great job after I installed a bunch of Whiteline stuff and the RaceCompEngineering springs.

3rd alignment sheet in that thread has the factory alignment.
If they have a modern hunter, it will have the BRZ alignment sheet to download, its the same thing as FRS.

If not they can load a different car into the machine and then use the specs in that thread.
