Where to find Low Wattage HID Kits? (10/15/25 watts)
Anybody know where I can find a low wattage HID Kit? I saw that HIDguy.com has 25 watt kits (at $120 per kit, no less) but was hoping for a lower wattage (and maybe even cheaper). Any ideas or places I should be looking?
