Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass
Selling a Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass that I've had for a few years. Only left my house a few times. Minor wear (normal light surface scratches). Needs new strings and a proper setup. Not sure if it's just me or what but the bottom knob which controls mids doesn't seem to have much of an effect. No crackling or buzzing or anything. I just can't notice a change in sound when it's turned. Otherwise, everything works fine and it sounds great. I'll include the original Fender gig bag as well as a Planet Waves locking strap.
Bought it new for $750, asking $450 picked up on Long Island, NY. I'd rather not ship it due to the risk of damage and the fact that it's cost around $70 in the past to ship similar basses but if you'd like to pay the shipping, I'll send it out. |

edit: i was at samash today and tried another of the same bass and i think i've actually just lost the ability to hear whatever frequency the mid knob is altering. I couldn't hear any difference when turned in either direction so i will go ahead and say there is nothing wrong with this bass. PM me with any offers
